BOOKING, CANCELLATION & ACCOMMODATION TERMS – NADU THE ART OF REST
1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit: To complete a reservation at Nadu The Art of Rest, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required. The deposit cannot be less than the cost of one (1) overnight stay.
Currency: The only accepted currency for all transactions is the Euro (€).
Email/Phone Reservations: For bookings made via email or phone, you must deposit the required amount into the provided bank account within 1 working day. The deposit slip must include your full name, check-in and check-out dates, or your booking reference number.
Bank Fees: Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion commissions are to be paid exclusively by the customer.
Climate Crisis Resilience Fee: A fee of 2€ per night applies, according to Law 5073 Article 30 (GG A’ 204/11-12-2023).
2. CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Right of Withdrawal: According to European and Greek legislation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services for specific dates.
Cancellation Deadline:
If the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Early Departure: In case of cancellation during your stay (early checkout), you are required to pay compensation equal to 50% of the total cost for the remaining days of your reservation.
Booking.com: For reservations made through Booking.com, the specific terms and conditions of that platform apply exclusively.
3. NON-PROVISION OF SERVICES
Superior Forces: Nadu The Art of Rest is not liable for the non-provision of services due to Superior Forces (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, general utility network failures).
Technical Issues: If, due to serious technical reasons, the room is unavailable, Nadu The Art of Rest is obliged to provide accommodation in another property of the same category in the same area (covering any price difference) or to refund the full amount paid.
4. HOSPITALITY & ACCOMMODATION TERMS
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is after 15:00, unless otherwise agreed. Check-out is before 11:00.
Damages & Losses: Guests are responsible for any damage (beyond normal wear) to the room, furniture, or equipment. The property reserves the right to charge the full replacement cost for any items removed without consent.
Quiet Hours: Guests must respect quiet hours from 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00.
Prohibitions:
Accommodating more guests than the agreed number is not allowed.
Subletting the apartment is strictly forbidden.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or the courtyard.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments.
5. SWIMMING POOL USE
Diving, the use of glass objects, and swimming under the influence of alcohol are strictly prohibited.
Use of the swimming pool is at the guests’ exclusive risk.
Use is permitted only under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian.
